You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Operatoto. Accounts opened by underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. Only one account per household, device, and IP address is permitted.
All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Operatoto does not charge a currency conversion fee for supported MYR payment methods.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements, eligible games, and expiry windows are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
All withdrawal requests require completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accepted documents include Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
Any attempt to exploit bugs, use automated betting tools, collude, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances without appeal.
Clause 1
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Operatoto ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://operatoto.cam and all associated products, services, games, and features offered therein.

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether via different email addresses, device profiles, or household registrations — constitute a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances reviewed.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Operatoto reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Operatoto will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. All Operatoto Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The currency of your Account is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20.

Players may fund their Accounts using any of the supported payment methods. Operatoto does not charge a processing fee for standard MYR deposits; however, third-party payment providers may levy their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, prepaid instruments not linked to a verified identity, or accounts held in the name of another person are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met:
Operatoto aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) may take up to one business hour during peak periods. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes.
Operatoto is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation for any transaction that triggers AML screening thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Clause 6
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by Operatoto are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible games, contribution rates per game category, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion.
Operatoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, coordinated play with other players, or any pattern of behaviour that Operatoto determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of promotional terms.
Participation in the Operatoto VIP Programme is subject to separate terms communicated at the time of tier invitation or promotion. VIP cashback rates, monthly bonuses, and withdrawal tier limits are indicative and may be adjusted by Operatoto with reasonable notice.
Clause 7
Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. Operatoto accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand game rules.
All random outcomes on the Platform — including slot spins, card deals, and roulette wheel outcomes — are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited and certified to ensure statistical fairness and non-predictability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
In the event of a disconnection mid-game, Operatoto's game servers will record the last confirmed game state. Wagers confirmed by the server at the time of disconnection will stand. Operatoto is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures or device malfunctions on the Player's side.

Operatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools that Players may use to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings or by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team.
Self-exclusion options are available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts on the Platform.

Clause 9
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the Operatoto brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game content, and written materials — are the exclusive property of Operatoto or are used under licence from third-party rights holders.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without Operatoto's prior written consent.
Clause 10
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Operatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
In circumstances where Operatoto is found liable for direct damages, the Company's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Operatoto makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Clause 11
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Operatoto via live chat and submitting a written closure request. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing times.

Operatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
Clause 13
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Operatoto's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Operatoto's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by Operatoto's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
